It is an ideal spot for cycling, canoing, bird watching, fishing or just relaxing. We are located only 1 km to a public boat launch and 20 minutes to Picton. Local wineries are all within touring distance and Sandbanks is a relaxing 40 minute drive through the countryside. The rental includes laundry facility, full kitchen/dining room, deck and bbq. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and one of them has a kitchenette. Two bedrooms have a sitting room with a futon for extra guests. Have a camp fire. Play horseshoes or volleyball. Take the kayaks out for a paddle. A wonderful place for family re-unions, weddings, executive retreats, remote office base or just some peace and quiet.
We are open year round. Off season rates available after October 1st. We are smoke free. Pets by arrangement. Deposit of 40% for projected stay. Refund up to 2 weeks before arrival. Cheques or Cash accepted. Check-out @ 11am, check-in after 2:30pm or ask for special arrangements
